The service

Drafyx is a PDF and drawing editor from ivibebuildthings, used in your web browser. You need an account to use it.

Plans

Every tool needs a plan. Each new user gets a free 3-day trial of every tool, starting the first time they open the editor; during the trial the tools work on our sample files only. After the trial you need a plan: Pro at $9.99 per user per month (every tool, on your own files) or Pro + AI at $17.99 per user per month (Pro, plus AI help in the tools), plus the taxes of your country. The prices in force are always those shown on the pricing page when you buy; we may change them for future months with notice.

File sizes

On Pro, PDFs and other documents can be up to 10 MB each and CAD files up to 30 MB each; on Pro + AI, documents up to 20 MB and CAD files up to 50 MB. These limits also apply to files you save to My files.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account and buy a plan (or act for a company that allows you to). Keep your login safe; you are responsible for what is done with it. One person per account, and one login works on one device at a time: logging in on another device signs the first one out. Sharing an account, or creating several accounts to get more trials, is not allowed.

Payment

Taxes are added at checkout for your country. Payments are processed by our payment provider as the merchant of record, whose terms also apply to the payment. Plans are monthly and renew each month until you cancel; you keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, except a double payment made by mistake that you report on the same day (see the refund policy). Prices do not include taxes; taxes are added at checkout.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything illegal, to break others’ rights (for example to copy a voice without permission), to attack the service, to get around the sign-in or plan checks, or to copy, decompile or resell it, except where the law or an open-source licence allows it (see the licences in the app’s Help).

Your documents

Your files stay yours. The tools work on your device; a file reaches us only when you save it to My files, and AI help (Pro + AI) sends only the text it works on to our AI service, which does not keep it (see the privacy policy). Files you choose to save to My files are kept only to give them back to you, for as long as the privacy policy says. You give us permission to process your files for that purpose only, and you must have the right to use the files you send. You are responsible for the documents you create, including invoices: the tax invoice tool lays out the details each country asks for, but you must check the tax treatment and rates with your adviser.

Engineering, medical and safety-critical work

The 3D studio and the engineering tools make design starting points: models, drawings, calculations and checks. They are not certified designs and are not a medical device. You must check every result before you use it, and for implants and other medical devices, aircraft, vehicle and other safety-critical parts you must apply your own design controls, standards, testing and regulatory approvals. Do not use the service for diagnosis or treatment.

Safety and print checks

The safety check reports what it finds in a file; it is not an antivirus and cannot promise that a file is safe. The print check reports common print problems; your printer or print shop’s own requirements apply.

No warranty, limited liability

The software is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate, but tools such as OCR, dimension reading, drawing review, measurements, translations, 3D models, engineering calculations and tax calculations can make mistakes; check important results. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time on your account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; consumers keep the protections of the law of the country where they live.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and tell account holders by email about important changes before they apply; if you do not agree, you can cancel and stop using the service.
