Cancelling Pro and Pro + AI (monthly)
You can cancel at any time before your next billing cycle, from your account. If you cancel in time you are not charged again, and your plan stays on until the end of the month you paid for.
No refunds
We do not refund payments that have already been made. This includes the month you are in when you cancel, and a month that renewed because it was not cancelled before the next billing cycle. Cancelling stops future charges only.
Double payments by mistake
If you were charged twice for the same month by mistake, write to vjdothecode@gmail.com from your account email on the same day as the charge, with both payment references. We check it and refund the extra payment to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 working days.

Cancel from your account, or write to vjdothecode@gmail.com from your account email with your payment reference if you need help. Taxes are not part of the listed price and are added at checkout.
Your legal rights
If the law of your country gives you a right that a policy cannot remove, that right still applies.
